The New World Shiraz glass is designed to balance the bold tannins and concentrated fruit characteristic of medium-bodied red wines. Developed between 1993 and 1995 following sensory workshops in key Syrah and Shiraz regions, it is RIEDEL’s most versatile shape for red wines. The slightly tapered opening and generous bowl allow intense aromas and mouth-filling fruit to unfold, delivering a structured, elegant wine with a long, satisfying finish.
