The Coravin Sparkling Wine Preservation System lets you open a bottle one weekend and finish it the next! You can now uncork a bottle of sparkling wine without hesitation! The system preserves the crisp flavour and effervescence of your favourite sparkling wines for four weeks, ensuring the last glass tastes just as wonderful as the first.

The Coravin Sparkling Charger infuses your bottle with pure CO2 gas, forming a protective layer to preserve the wine's bubbly freshness. The patented universal Coravin Sparkling Stopper adapts to fit any standard or magnum bottle and securely locks in place. Lastly, the Coravin Pure Sparkling CO2 Capsules maintain the flavour and bubbles of your wine. Each capsule preserves up to 7 standard bottles.

How do you use the Coravin Sparkling Wine Preservation System?

Coravin is designed and engineered by wine enthusiasts with expert precision, ensuring the quality remains consistently high.

1. Install the Sparkling Stopper | After pouring your desired amount of sparkling wine, lift the Stopper's Locking Handle to the unlocked position. Then, place the Stopper on the open bottle and press the Locking Handle down firmly until it is flush.
2. Charge the Bottle with CO2 | Check the Pressure Indicator to make sure it is green, showing a Coravin Pure™ Sparkling CO2 Capsule is installed. Align the Charger on top of the Stopper and press down firmly. The Pressure Indicator will turn red, signalling that the bottle is ready to charge. When the Indicator switches back to green, the bottle is fully charged.
3. Refrigerate your bottle | Return it to refrigerated storage for optimal preservation.

Visual CO2 Indicator - When you are ready to remove the Stopper, release the pressure in the bottle by gently tilting the Stopper. Then, fully lift the Locking Handle to remove it.

Tilt to Release Gas - When you are ready to remove the Stopper, gently tilt the bottle to release pressure. Then, fully pull up the Locking Handle to remove it.

Safety Features - The Sparkling Charger is equipped with an internal regulator that halts charging the bottle once the appropriate pressure is reached.
