The Coravin Pivot+ is a modern wine preservation system that prolongs the life of your everyday wines. You can match your wine to your mood, dinner courses, or the weather. The clever design of the Pivot Stopper and Device keeps the remaining wine fresh for up to 4 weeks, ensuring the last glass remains as delightful as the first.

How does the Coravin Pivot+ System work?

1. Open the wine bottle and insert the stopper. Remove the cork or screw cap and replace it with a Pivot Stopper while the cap is open, ensuring both the stopper and the neck of the bottle are dry.

2. Pour the wine - To pour, insert the Pivot+ Device through the Stopper. Tilt the bottle so the spout is over the wine glass, press and hold the button on the Device. Release the button and bring the bottle upright to stop the pour.

The Pivot+ System will deliver approximately 20 five-ounce pours (150 ml) per capsule – or about 100 ounces of wine. To optimise your pour, use a short press of the button and let the wine flow. If you desire a bit more, give the button another quick press.
