The stopper in the neck slows down the flow rate from the bottle. It is ideal for busy tastings to reduce overpouring. This model fits most screwcaps and bottles with corks. The cap fits on the stopper when not in use (but is not designed to prevent spillage if a bottle is laid on the side, in the fridge, for example).
