How will I know my glasses will arrive in one piece?
We do our utmost to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. This is the process of a typical order (the decanter is used for demonstration purposes only):

1 - Your orderOnce we have received your order, our team pick it from our warehouse. |
2 - PackagedOur glasses and decanters are boxed, either pre-boxed by the manufacturer, or we use our in-house boxes. |
3 - BoxedOnce your goods have been selected, our team will choose the appropriate packaging. We then protect your goods using recycled and re-useable packaging where possible. Each order is carefully packed to ensure no damage occurs during transit. Although we cannot guarantee this, they are out of our control once the package(s) leave our warehouse. |
4 - DispatchedOnce your order has left our warehouse, it travels to your chosen address! We will notify you via email when your goods are on their way, so look out for a dispatch email in your inbox. |
