English Wine Week Competition – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the English Wine Week Competition operated by Wineware (Racks & Accessories) Ltd.

1. Promoter

The promoter of this competition is:

2. Eligibility

2.1 The competition is open to residents of the mainland United Kingdom only, excluding Northern Ireland, aged 18 years or over.

2.2 Employees of Wineware (Racks & Accessories) Ltd, their immediate families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion are not eligible to enter.

2.3 By entering the competition, entrants confirm they are legally permitted to purchase and receive alcohol in their country of residence.

3. Competition Period

3.1 The competition opens on 26/05/2026 and closes on 28/06/2026 at 23:59 BST.

3.2 Entries received after the closing date will not be counted.

4. How to Enter

4.1 Entrants may enter the competition via either of the following methods:

  • Newsletter Entry:
    Sign up to the Wineware newsletter via the competition entry form to receive one (1) entry.
  • Website Order Entry:
    Place a qualifying order on the Wineware website during the promotional period to receive two (2) entries per qualifying order.

4.2 No purchase is necessary to enter.

4.3 Newsletter sign-up entrants consent to receive marketing communications from Wineware. Entrants may unsubscribe at any time.

4.4 Cancelled, refunded, fraudulent, or returned orders will not qualify for competition entries.

4.5 Multiple qualifying orders are permitted and will each receive two (2) entries.

4.6 Automated, bulk, incomplete, illegible, or duplicate entries may be disqualified.

5. Prize

5.1 One winner will receive:

  • One bottle of Nyetimber Classic Cuvée Brut NV with an approximate retail value of £38.95.

5.2 The prize will be fulfilled by Hennings Wine Merchants.

5.3 The prize is non-transferable, and no cash alternative will be offered.

5.4 Wineware reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make this necessary.

6. Winner Selection

6.1 One winner will be selected at random using a randomised software process from all valid entries received.

6.2 The draw will take place within seven (7) days of the competition closing date.

6.3 The winner will be contacted via the email address provided at entry.

6.4 If the winner does not respond within fourteen (14) days of notification, Wineware reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

7. Publicity

7.1 In accordance with the UK Advertising Standards Authority CAP Code, Wineware may make the winner’s surname and county available to anyone requesting confirmation that a valid award took place.

7.2 Entrants may object to this disclosure or request reduced disclosure by contacting Wineware. Wineware may still be required to share winner information with regulatory authorities if legally required to do so.

8. Data Protection

8.1 Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in Wineware’s Privacy Policy:

8.2 Personal information will be used for the administration of the competition and, where consent has been provided, for marketing communications.

9. General

9.1 Wineware reserves the right to cancel, suspend, amend, or withdraw the competition where necessary due to circumstances outside its reasonable control.

9.2 Wineware accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network, or server failure of any kind.

9.3 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wineware shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the competition or acceptance of the prize.

9.4 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
