Prosecco

• Pure and simple, prosecco as it comes! 

Basil Spritz

• Infuse the lime juice, cucumbers and basil in a mixing glass, strain the mixture pour into the glass and add the prosecco. Garnish with slices of cucumber! 10cl prosecco | 5cl lime juice, cucumber, fresh basil.

Bellini

• Remove the skin and stones from white peaches, puree the prepared peaches and season to taste with the syrup. Add the peach puree to the glass and pour in the prosecco. 10cl prosecco | 4cl peach puree (white peaches), cane sugar syrup.

Sgroppino

• Whisk together the sorbet and a splash of prosecco and add to the glass. Slowly pour in the vodka and the remainder of the prosecco, garnish with lemon zest and mint leaves, 8cl prosecco | 3cl vodka | 1/3 cup lemon sorbet, lemon zest, mint leaves.
